1 This project will advance scientific knowledge in the field of strongly correlated electrons, in particular those systems that exhibit interesting quantum magnetic properties.
2 This project will nurture the development of Thai physics community. We hope to create a network that helps facilitate the transfer of technology and skills required to study basic science in the country, in particular in the field of scattering.
3 This project will help in the development of a new laboratory in Thailand to synthesize novel magnetic systems and conduct sample characterizations.
4 We hope to train new generations of graduate students in the field of condensed matter physics to be able to do sample synthesis and perform scattering measurements, both using neutrons and x-ray.
5 The knowledge obtained from this project will contribute greatly to the advance of physics in the field of experimental condensed matter physics and magnetism, and will be of great interest to scientists in the field.
6 The project will advance Thai physics research and nurture new generation of researchers in Thailand, whose basic research skills will have great impact on the development of new technology of the country in the future.
