Evaluation of Matrix as an adjuvant for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) vaccine and for its induction of antiviral state against PRRSV
The main objective of the proposed study is to evaluate adjuvant effects of Matrix on immune responses to PRRSV and on protective efficacy of PRRSV MLV vaccine, as well as its potential to contribute to the reduction of PRRSV replication.
