1. To synthesize trimodal porous carbon xerogels consisted of micropores, mesopores and macropores simultaneously by the CF removal from CF/RF composite gels and dried by the vacuum drying or the evaporation drying (two drying methods).
2. To study the pore structure and the porous properties of trimodal carbon xerogels.
3. To study the capacitive performance of trimodal porous carbon gels prepared above.
4. To investigate the suitable amount of CF added in RF/CF composites to promote electrolyte transport.
5. To select the drying method for the preparation of carbon xerogels as carbon electrode.
6. To study the selected carbon gels by FT-IR and Raman spectroscopes
