Effects of humanin against impairment of renal transport induced by myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury: focusing on renal transporters as a new potential target
1) To determine the effects of acute myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury on renal organic anion and cation transport functions in rats
2) To identify the mechanisms involved with the effects of acute myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury on renal organic anion and cation transport functions in rats
3) To determine the renoprotective effects of humanin against oxidative stress and/or inflammation in acute myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury in rats
4) To identify the mechanisms involved with the protective effects of humanin against renal oxidative stress and/or inflammation in acute myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury in rats
5) To determine the intervention of humanin on renal organic anion and cation transport functions during reperfusion in acute myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury in rats
6) To identify the mechanisms involved with the intervention of humanin against oxidative stress and/or inflammation on renal organic anion and cation transport functions in acute myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury in rats
