The major goal of this study is to create prototypical multicultural schools that emphasize multicultural competence among students. In doing so, the study commits to the following three objectives:
1 To develop positive attitudes as well as knowledge and skills among schools teachers, administrators
and staff towards cultural diversity and multicultural education
2 To formulate curriculum and instruction that aim at building multicultural competence and intercultural skills
3 To examine whether the multicultural competence of students have increased after using the reformed curriculum and instruction.
