To develop the calorimetric method of investigation for peptidome binding interactions in vitro that will be the basis of protein binding analysis. And, to investigate the thermal transition of abundant plasma proteins in normal and breast cancer in various stages in order to examine the potential of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) for detection of peptidome biomarkers that may be applicable for the disease diagnosis.
