วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To construct the models for :
1.1 Clustering problems with limit capacities and several distinct objectives such as to minimize the total transportation to the cluster centers, to balance costs of each cluster, and other TSP like objectives.
1.2 Bi-level location routing problems to find appropriated location for DCs.
To construct state of the art algorithms to tackle the models constructed in 1.
