2.1) To examine the taxonomic diversity and composition of the human gut eukaryotic microbiota of northern Thai volunteers. Individuals will include healthy, overweight, obese and type 2 diabetes patients, 2.2) To compare the taxonomic diversity of healthy individuals to those of overweight, obese and type 2 diabetes mellitus and 2.3) To support research development of graduate students
