1. To develop new electrochemical sensors using the carbon-based nanomaterials such as graphene for analysis of selected water-soluble vitamins group of B and fat-soluble vitamins (e.g. vitamin D and K).
2. To develop and study the application of miniaturized system such as lab-on-electrode or lab-on-paper of flow-based systems such as flow injection analysis or sequential injection analysis or HPLC by using the newly proposed sensors for the determination of selected water-soluble vitamins group of B and fat-soluble vitamins (e.g. vitamin D and K).
