2.1. To expand our previous research outcome and apply a new technological platform to address an important question concerning the replication mechanism of DENV in human cells for a search for antiviral drug target.
2.2. To explore the global interactions between DENV RNA and human proteins in infected human hepatic Huh-7 cells, for the first time, at multiple stages of infection in a quantitative manner.
2.3. To produce high-motivated, world-class young researchers including Ph.D. and M.Sc. students, and also, publications on high-impacted international scientific journals.
