For this project, we plan to develop some tools in number theory, linear algebra and finite commutative ring theory to study more deeply on graphs and hypergraphs over a finite commutative ring defined above or other new algebraic graphs. The study includes graph/hypergraph structures, spectra of the graphs/hypergraphs and their energy and the behavior/structure of the lifting from the residue field when is a finite local ring. We also propose on multilinear form graphs which turn out to be hypergraphs.
