The overall objective is to establish facilities and capability for studying proteins locally in Thailand, including their structure-function relationships, changes in disease, and applications in biotechnology, and to perform research of international quality, as well as training personnel with expertise in these fields. Objectives are listed below in terms of both in terms of overall developmental objectives and in terms of specific scientific objectives of each of the projects in the grant.
