1 To produce international publications on the role and signal transduction pathways of prolactin, a milk producing hormone, in the regulation of calcium transport and bone remodeling
2 To produce international publications on the molecular basis of bone remodeling regulation and mechanisms underlying metabolic bone disorders.
3 To explore the use of new techniques ie., atomic force microscopy in bone research.
4 To cultivate the multidisciplinary research strategy and develop new approach for the study of calcium and bone metabolism
5 To produce Ph.D. and M.Sc. graduate students, postgraduates and researchers in basic biomedical science of high standard and with team work experience.
