1 To isolate, identify and characterize new and known compounds isolated from seventeen fungi, including ten marine-derived and seven endophytic fungi, and four selected plants, Garcinia nervosa, Garcinia prainiana, Citrus hystrix and Bouea oppositifolia.
2 To evaluate their biological activities, focusing on antibacterial (against SA and MRSA), antifungal (against MG) and antioxidant activities.
3 To isolate and screen antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of fungi from seagrasses in Trang province.
