Biodiversity and ecology of endophytic and epiphytic yeasts from leaves of agronomic crops in Thailand and production of plant growth promoting auxins by the selected promising strain with the elucidation of it biosynthetic pathway
1. To investigate and analyze the diversity and ecology of endophytic and epiphytic yeasts from leaves of rice, sugarcane and corn by culture-dependent and culture-independent methods
2. To produce indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) by the selected promising yeast strain obtain from the screening of endophytic and epiphytic yeasts, and elucidate the biosynthetic pathway of IAA
3. To evaluate the efficiency to be biological control agents for rice, sugarcane and corn pathogenic fungi of endophytic and epiphytic yeasts
