1) To develop a coupled model of heat transfer, fluid flow and electromagnetic fields emitted by various sources in engineering materials and anatomically based human organs by using both simplified and porous media approach.
2) To investigate the effects of electromagnetic fields on transport phenomena in porous media for case of engineering applications and therapeutic and health implication of electromagnetic wave exposures applications.
3) To study the effects of various parameters, namely, typical radiated electromagnetic fields, configuration of porous structure and external heat sources, on heat transfer and fluid flow or moisture transport in porous media.
4) To compare the numerical results in the propose domain obtained with those of the results obtained from the literature survey or in house experimental result.
5) To provide guidelines that will help the physician and related personnel in design and development of new safety surgical procedure to prevent harmful ocular adverse effects in human organs.
6) To help (expected) the government organizations in Thailand in implementing policies for the management of standard for safety levels with respect to human exposure to electromagnetic wave.
7) To give some collaboration and exchange of knowledge between researchers and public organization.
