วัตถุประสงค์
:
1.To annotate genes affecting cyanogen content based on potential QTL on fine map.
2.To investigate expression level of genes involving in the level of cyanogen content and annotated genes from QTL analysis of cyanogen content by real time RT-PCR.
3.To validate effective markers for selection of cassava lines with low cyanogen content
