วัตถุประสงค์
:
studies in the synthesis and cyclization of cyclic peptides with even number of alternating D- and L- amino acids and/or alternating DD- and LL- amino acid based on the cyclic cereulide and valinomycin architecture. A Novel DD, LL- ?-peptides will provide education value for study the synthetic and structural activity relationship in the future. This will lead to understand the right interaction between active substances and diseases. The three dimensional structure of the cyclic peptide with alternating DD- and LL- amino acid based on the cyclic cereulide and valinomycin architecture will be studies to compare with cereulide (1) and valinomycin (2). Only then, we can make our heritage in traditional medicine an asset for combating diseases and for the improvement of health
