Comparative analyses of bacterial characteristics and cellular proteome of Escherichia coli isolated from urine and stone matrices of the same patients
1) To evaluate the physical characteristics of bacteria including morphology and size of bacterial colony, morphology and length of bacterial cell, growth curve patterns and level of biofilm production in E. coli isolated from urine versus stone matrices of the same patients.
2) To identify the differential protein expression of E. coli isolated from urine versus stone matrices of the same patients.
