วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 Produce recombinant GAPDH protein of P. marneffei in yeast P. pastoris system.
2.2 Characterize the adherence properties of GAPDH recombinant protein to extracellular matrix proteins (ECMs) and binding to human pneumocyte cell line.
