วัตถุประสงค์
:
1) To investigate the potential use of NIRS for a screening test of carbofuran comtamination in maize and cassava as a non-destructive method.
2) To develop a rapid method for carbofuran residue quantification in maize and cassava using the DESIR-NIR reflectance spectroscopy.
3) To examine the effect of washing solutions; water and acetone, used to extract pesticide from samples on the carbofuran prediction efficiency by the DESIR-NIR.
