วัตถุประสงค์
:
To enhance the immunogenicity of the DNA-based PRRSV vaccine by targeting the GP5 antigen to the following subcellular compartments: (i) cytoplasm, (ii) endoplasmic reticulum and secretory pathway, (iii) endosome/lysosome, and (iv) MHC class I trafficking pathway.
