วัตถุประสงค์
:
(1) To systematically investigate the effects of doping and codoping with metal and non-metal ions in SrTiO3, BaTiO3, and CaTiO3 on the visible-light absorption through the first-principles calculations.
(2) To develop the effective strategies for energy band gap engineering of SrTiO3, BaTiO3, and CaTiO3 for enhancing the photocatalytic H2 production from water splitting under visible-light irradiation.
