วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1) To synthesized the 3DOM HAp and the 3DOM FeHAp by sol-gel method using polymeric colloidal arrays as templates.
2.2) To investigate of morphology, phase compositions and structure of the 3DOM FeHAp produced by sol-gel synthesis. This is to observe 3DOM structure of the synthesized FeHAp derived from polymeric templates.
2.3) To observe magnetic property of the 3DOM FeHAp with various Fe/Ca mole ratio. This is to study the correlation between magnetism of the produced 3DOM FeHAp and the Fe content.
2.4) To investigate the cytotoxicity of the 3DOM FeHAp with live cells. This study is aiming to find an optimum Fe content in the 3DOM FeHAp for further biomedical applications.
