Specific aim 2: To investigate the effects of different iron concentrations on cell viability, cell apoptosis, mitochondrial dynamics and the markers of Alzheimer’s disease; ?-amyloids (A?), Amyloid-precursors proteins (APP) and Tau-protein in SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells.
