วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 Optimizing MIM and EFM setups, developing experimental protocols, and understanding tip-sample interaction for local dielectric constant measurement. The setups are not available commercially. The measurement protocol and the setups will be available for interested researchers.
2.2 Obtaining the local dielectric constant measurements on known dielectric samples both in bulk and thin film forms.
2.3 Quantitative modeling of the response, which may serve as calibrations for unknown samples and technique benchmarking.
