วัตถุประสงค์
:
1) To examine differential protein expressions that occur during gluconeogenesis pathway-shift based on MS-based protein profiling
2) To perform direction pathway analysis (DPA) for integrating multiple perturbations in pathway analysis by coupling coordinate rotation with P-value combination
3) To determine the gluconeogenesis regulation during simultaneous occurrences of cell growth and PHA formation
