วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To determine whether dengue capsid protein directly interacts with p62 and NDP52
2. To identify cellular protein that interact with dengue capsid protein
3. To determine the effect on dengue virus production of knockdown of p62 and NDP52
4. To determine the effect of the replacing the DENV capsid protein with the CHIKV capsid protein in virus like particle constructs.
