วัตถุประสงค์
:
1 To develop a miniaturized fluidic flow-through cell with dual C4D-photometric detector for flow-based system.
2 To develop flow system with MBL-VP unit for simultaneous analysis of sulfite and ethanol using the dual C4D-photometric detector.
3 To apply the developed system for simultaneous analysis of sulfite and ethanol in wine samples.
