วัตถุประสงค์
:
- To determine the vector potential for P. gallinaceum infection in each mosquito species by the malarial susceptibility test.
- To determine the abundance of avian malaria vectors associated with seasons and physical characteristics in area where P. gallinaceum infection has been reported.
- To assess the presence of P. gallinaceum and estimate the infection rate in potential wild-caught mosquito vectors by using the PCR technique.
