วัตถุประสงค์
:
The aims of this study are to modify and fabricate the influence of microneedles morphology and efficacy on the penetration of matrix formulation and to facilitate delivery of fluorescent PLGA nanoparticles through microneedle developed in the human skin.
2.1. Optimize the performance and characteristics of dissolving polymeric microneedle
2.2. Investigate the mechanism and permeation of model hydrophobic dye-loaded PLGA nanoparticles using dissolving polymeric microneedle system.
2.3. Evaluate the effect of skin model on the polymeric microneedle in vitro percutaneous delivery.
