วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To develop the curcumin-releasing micelle with high encapsulation efficiency and enhanced curcumin's solubility and bioavailability 2.2 To develop the in situ-forming silk fibroin gel incorporating curcumin-releasing micelle as an injectable drug-carrier in which the release of curcumin can be sustained 2.3 To introduce the alternative traatment for type 1 diabetes with safe and prolonged therapeutic effects (upto several days or weeks per one injection)
