วัตถุประสงค์

The main objectives for this study are to determine characteristic of defect species in modified barium titanate ferroelectric ceramics, to investigate effect of defect on electrical properties of modified barium titanate ferroelectric ceramics, and to develop fundamental understanding of defect behavior in ferroelectric ceramics.
