วัตถุประสงค์
:
The overall aim of this project is to develop molecular techniques for characterisation of transcription-associated proteins in Plasmodium falciparum in response to artemisinins.
1.To produce the stable episomal transfection parasites which their TAPs tagging with green fluorescent protein (GFP) and/or Myc protein.
2. To obtain the characteristic of the TAPs tagging with GFP and/or Myc protein by localization of proteins within the cell.
3. To reveal comprehensive differential expression of regulatory proteins TAPs contribution in response to artesunate, by using quantitative real time PCR technique to investigate the kinetic of gene expression profiles throughout erythrocytic stage development under drug exposure
