วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. Isolation of S. olivacea ecdysteroid G-protein coupled receptor (SoErGPCR).
2. Determination of temporal and spatial expressions of SoErGCPR in Y-organs and other tissues during the intermolt, premolt, and postmolt stages.
3. Localization of SoErGPCR in Y-organs and peripheral target organs.
4. Examination of functional roles of SoErGPCR on transcriptional activity of broad complex, an early ecdysteroid-responsive gene (SoBr-C) and phosphodiesterase (SoPDE), and in the molting process.
