1. To evaluate the carcinogenic and anticarcinogenic effects of vanillic acid in rat liver and colon
2. To determine the inhibitory mechanism of vanillic acid against diethylnitrosamine- and 1,2-dimethylhydrazine-induced liver and colon carcinogenesis in rats
