To fabricate co-doped CeO2 thin films by the magnetron sputtering method. 2. To characterize the structure, morphology and valence electron of fabricated co-doped CeO2 thin films by various techniques such as XRD, Raman, SEM-DES, AFM, UV-Vis, XAS and XPS. 3. To study the magnetic and conduction properties of co-doped CeO2 thin films by VSM and four-point probe techniques. 4. To investigate the effect of modification of the Ce valence state on the magnetic properties of co-doped CeO2 thin films. 5.
