:
1. To study the effect of nutrient divalent cation including Ca, Mg and Mn on reduction of Cd uptake and translocation by rice plant.
2. To screen and investigate the up regulation of transporter gene for nutrient divalent cation in root and node of rice, induced by various Cd concentration
